Since conference attendance fees are a Business Expense, you can claim them there.

If there is no specific category, you can choose Miscellaneous Expense and type in a description.

Here's detailed info on Business Travel Expenses.

Thank you so much! I just read that conferences are considered continuing education, there is a possibility to add a new category named continuing education. but I can't find the add button in home and business version in turbo tax.

I will do as you suggested until maybe I get the continuing education category.

You could add Education under 'Miscellaneous Expenses' also.

However, if you actually receive CE credits for your Education, you could also consider claiming the expenses as Education Expenses for the Lifetime Learning Credit.
