Where do I enter inheritance income that came from a retirement plan? All the paperwork I have points to it being MY account and it was never my account.

Code 4D indicates a distribution from an inherited nonqualified annuity or life insurance, so TurboTax and the IRS already knows that it's from an inherited account without asking.
