CCRC Entrance Fees?

I paid $350,000 as an entrance fee into a LifeCare Community (CCRC).  Is that entrance fee tax deductable?

Only the non-refundable portion of Community Care Retirement Community (CCRC) entrance fees designated as medical expenses would be eligible to be considered as a qualified medical expense on your federal income tax return, if you itemize. Remember that, if you do itemize, any amount under the 7.5% of AGI threshold does not count.
