cannot save Premier in Windows 11

Just downloaded Premier from Costco on Windows11.  Up and running.  Have been using Premier for at least 20 years.   Imported last years data ... no problem.  Tried to close and save program and got message "File not found Check the file name and try again".  Target location correct.  Have no idea as to what is happening.  The file extension by defalt says *tax2025.

I am wondering if there is some weird interaction with the online version which I declined.

• Open Settings: Click Start> Settings.
• Go to Security: Select Update & Security (Win 10) or Privacy & Security(Win 11) > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.
• Manage Settings: Under "Virus & threat protection settings," click Manage settings.
• Controlled Folder Access:Scroll down to Controlled folder access and click Manage controlled folder access.
• Allow App: Turn it Off, or click Allow an app through controlled folder access and add your program (e.g., Shotcut, Finale, Wordpad).

I did a force shut down yesterday.  This am ran TT and found that the file was saved to the folder during shutdown.  Is funtioning normally now.  Why? Probally will never know.  Do not think this was a security issue.  As this was the first save for the file, perhaps the write function was looking for the file that did not yet exist and did not initalize a create-file.
