Cannot access past tax returns despite having used the same account for years.

I am trying to prepare my 2023 return and I need data from the 2022 return. However, I cannot find any past returns in TurboTax. It says that I should see the past 7 years of returns, but none appear. I have never changed accounts and that is the only solution proposed in your help guidelines.

How can I access the 2022 return then? Even on the CRA website I must have info from that return to log in. I am stuck here and don't know how to proceed.
