Retirement contributions box 12 have been causing issues but the biggest issue is the lack of transparency I am recieving from TT. I was initially told it was not an issue because the IRS was not open. Then the IRS opened and TT said the problem would be updated the 31st. That also seems to not be true. I’m just wondering why those two dates fell through and what actually is the timeframe for this to be completed ? TT needs to stop saying other processors are dealing with the same because I can legit confirm this to not be true. TT seems to not be very transparent that’s the issue please give me some insight aside from check back every 5-7 days because that is straight up garbage advice.
otherwise I need advice on how to remove my process from TurboTax and not pay them for anything and just move on elsewhere. I really don’t want to move on from them but I feel locked into their service at this point .
this now marks 3 years in a row with some form of TT issue I’m so done

There was an update to the software today which may have corrected this problem.
Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen
Click on Check for Updates
for box 12 code S, the issue still has not been resolved
