Can I use turbo tax if my only income in 2018 is from Social Security Benefits and I'm married filing separately and have lived apart all of 2018 ?

My SSA-1099 states my income for 2018 was only $12504.  which turbo tax plan should I use for married filing separately.

Generally speaking, if your only income is Social Security, you probably don't make enough money to be required to file a federal tax return.

To determine if your Social Security income is taxable, all you need to do is enter that income. TurboTax does the rest!

Start with TurboTax Free Edition.

Are you in a Community  Property State?

I am in a community property state (CA.) now but was married in Oregon where wife still lives. Have lived separately for all of 2018
