Can I remove money taken out of 401K? I did not take any money out

If you did not make a withdrawal from the 401(k) in 2023 you would not have received a Form 1099-R, so there is nothing you need to report on your tax return concerning the 401(k).

If you did not receive any 1099-Rs, delete the ones that are showing up. Search for 1099-R and use the jump to 1099-R link to be taken to the 1099-R summary. Then use the delete button or trash can icon to remove unneeded forms.
