Can I delete a 1099R entered in error?

Yes, you are able to go back to the section where you enter the 1099-R, and delete the one that was entered  by mistake:

1. Log back into your Turbo Tax account

2. Click on continue my return

3. Click on the Federal tab on the right

4. Click on wages and income

5. Go to the 1099-R section, you will see it listed out and a little trash next to each one, click on the trash can for the one you need to be deleted.
