Can i contribute to a roth ira?

My joint taxable income so far between my wife and I is about $170k. We can contribute to a Roth IRA right? The cutoff being $190-ish k and we have until 04/2017.

Can i contribute to a roth ira?

Yes. You have until April 17, 2017 to contribute to a Roth IRA plan. If you are married filing jointly and your income is under or equal to $184,000, then you can contribute the maximum amount for the year After that income level, the amount you can contribute decreases until your income reaches $194,000.
