Bug on NJ Pension worksheet line 2?

The amount should be total distributions from my IRA but it is blank. I have compared to 2017 and 2016 and the field is filled in. When I enter the amount manually the rest of the sheet is filled out properly but the amounts from lines 7c and 8 are not transferred to sheet NJ 1040 P2 properly.

On my 1099-R the check box for 1099-R was not checked. When checked it initiated the forms to be filled out properly.
