Canadian Registered pension information

Canadian Registered pension information shows up under Retirement Plans and Social Security. How to remove it?

I tried deleting the form but no form there. I tried adding a name and deleting the form. The Canadian Registered pension information line is still there.

When I search here, I can only find community comments. The only information from Intuit is accusing me of ticking a box I not only did not tick, I have never seen it.

This is obviously a bug in Intuit TurboTax. How can I get into the software and remove this line? I do not want this ambiguity on my return and I do not want to see it next year either.
