Box 7, Distribution code, does not accept my input. Should be 7D. Can this be fixed in Turbotax?

Taxable amount is for full amount of distribution but that is wrong.

That is actually two codes.

...a "7" and a "D" separately on two lines for box 7.

Yes, when you are entering your distribution codes in Box 7 you will enter 7 in the box then check the box next to the line I have more than one value in Box 7 this will open an additional box where you can enter the "D"
