No, Aid and Attendance (A&A) monthly benefits are not taxable for a veteran's surviving spouse. A&A is a tax-free pension benefit from the VA that provides monthly payments to veterans and their surviving spouses who need long-term care

Are the aid & attendance monthly benefits taxable for a veterans serving spouse?

No.  Veteran's benefits are not taxable.   You do not enter anything about your Aid and Attendance benefits on your tax return.
