Anyone file already with a 1099-r

I am just wanting to see if anyone else got 1099-r to report this year and since the form 8315 isnt ready has anyone filed without it

I think you mean 8915-E.

That is ONLY to report a COVID-19 related distribution, not to file an non-COVID 1099-R.

Can you file a 1040-x for overpayment through turbotax? I accidentally made an overpayment to the IRS and they have acknowledged the overpayment but its been over 6 weeks
