403b rollover to traditional ira

My wife rolled money from a employer sponsored 403b to a traditional ira.  I enetered the information from the 1099R exactly is it is.  I also entered her Roth contributions, am I supposed to enter the contribution for the traditional ira in the ira section.  When I do it says we will pay a 6% penalty.  By entering the G for rollover am I all set?  I don't need to add anymore information than that?

Only enter the 1099R with code G.  Do not enter it under Deductions & Credits.  It is not a new contribution to the Traditional IRA.
