If you entered this correctly, the gross amount of the distribution is included in summaries showing your total income for the year but on the 1040, 16b for Taxable Amount is zero. Line 16a shows the full amount but has Rollover under it.  It is part of your income, just not taxable income.

Did you go through all the questions following the entry of the form?  Look at your 1040 to see the results.
