2023 Turbotax Web - Social Securtiy Tax Value

My employer has withheld the correct SS amount (160,200*6.2%=9932.40 [not 9932]), and turbotax is asking me to get refund of $0.40 from my employer, and to not file the return until i get a w2c. what should I do?

Drop the $0.40 from the SS taxes withheld as that should solve the problem and will not be an issue.
