Hello,

I collected SSDI and my son also received half of what I get. My ssdi was paid separately than my son  My son and I each got a 1099ssa showing amounts paid. each 1099ssa one has our own social security number ( Box 2 ) on it. I am claiming him on my return because he had no other income whatsoever thus he does not need to file his own taxes. He did receive a lump payment too. Do I add his amounts from his own 1099ssa on my tax return since the payments are from me being on disability or just my own amount?

No.  You do not enter any amounts from his Social Security benefits on your tax return.  Since he has no other income he does not report any of the SS benefits he received on a tax return.
