1099R. Mark it as benefit or not

LA 1099R  LA Teachers Retirement System.    draw monthly checks.  Later it asked if this is a La teachers retirement benefit.    I checked the help questions.   This states it qualifies.  I check mark.   It increases refund,   it also stated total withdrawal.  It was not a total withdrawal.   Do I mark this or not?

You should enter the information on the 1099-R exactly as it is shown.  If the 1099-R is incorrect, ask the issuer for a corrected copy.
