1099r is wrong.

Had a 401k rolled over into a ira. First check didn't clear because of missed information, a second check was processed now I have a 1099r with the amount of both checks on it. Could I just put in the right amount when filling my taxes.

No, the tax documents need to be entered as they are. Does one say it's a corrected 1099-R? Are they identical? Please clarify. You may need to contact the administrator to find out.
