My wife and I both have 1099-R from Federal OPM.  When I enter one and then the other, the second input overwrites the first one even though both entries asked for the entries by our respective names.  Why can't I save both of them by name separately?

In TurboTax Online, when entering each form 1099-R, there is a page titled Who does this 1099-R belongs to?

Please make sure that you click on the first name of the spouse the 1099-R belongs to.

And, if you are using the Desktop software...make sure you work all the way out to the table of 1099-R forms, then hit the button to "Add Another 1099-R".

If it's still a problem there...I HOPE you did not change the order of which spouse was listed first on this year's file vs. last year's file.    That could very well cause form identity problems.
