I entered two 1099-R forms into TurboTax. The both show up, but on form 5329-T only one is there.
I already tried deleting both, and rebooting my computer, and rentering both 1099-Rs but I get the same result.
The distrubution from one of the 1009-R is not added to the total and TurboTax tells me I have a penalty for insufficient RMD.

It sounds like the program is applying "penalty" tax on the 1099-R entered for the primary souse.
Did you enter two Forms 1099-R and if yes, was each for a different spouse or were both for the same person?
Was either distribution non-qualifying such as taken before age 59.5?
Both 1099-Rs were for me. The first company was acquired by the second company. I am 78. It appears TT is not adding the distribution from the first company to the distributions from the second company.
