1099-R & RRB 1099R Distribution Code Source

I have several pensions and the issue with them making sure they are non taxable for NYS as my return was rejected due to this software.

Two Questions:

1 - Railroad Retirement Pensions / Tier One (FORM RRB 1099 & FORM RRB 1099R) are private pensions and tier 1 benefits however I do not know what type of pension to choose from the list for Distribution Sources. I wasn't sure to select that they are US GOV'T as they a private agency of.  It is from Metro North (MTA) Railroad as a source for both pension and RRB Social Security.

2 - NYSLRS - This used to be a choice and now it is not, is this considered other pensions of NYS and local governments?

Please help me choose the correct source as I believe all of this is federal but NOT state taxable.

For the railroad retirement, on the screen Where is your distribution from? select the option for Certain public authorities.

For NYSLRS, select the radio button for Other Pensions of New York state and local governments
