1099-R NYS withholding

I used zero for box 14 so I could get my taxes filed on time. Will NYS see my excessive withholding and send it to me or do I need to amend my return?

I would not amend. I would wait to see what NYS does first.

I took a distribution from my 401K and put it back into the same 401K within the 60 day time period allowed by the IRS or the big financial company that holds my 401K. Should I subtract the amount I took out from my 1099R? Or what?
