1099-R for RMD's IRA/SEP box is checked

My 1099-R for 2 RMD accounts have the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box checked but Turbo Tax calls it a Life Insurance Annuity and may be incorrect. Have others reported this?

Can you clarify your question by stating what code(s) is in Box 7 of your 1099-R?

It is Box 7 - Code 7. I inadvertently also said D (Life Insurance Annuity). When this is removed the problem went away.

I do not have an HSA. the software is trying to force me to upgrade to Deluxe because it thinks I do. How do I fix this?
