1099-R #7 box

1099-R #7 box has an "X" in it but on TurboTax, it gives me a drop down box to select from multiple options, non of which relates to the "X" on the 1099-R. Which do I choose?

Are you sure that is box 7?

IF its for an IRA distribution, there is a separate checkbox that is "near" box 7 to check (or "X"ed ) that indicates the distribution is from an IRA-or-SEP-or-SIMPLE (IRA/SEP/SIMPLE) retirement plan.....but is not actually box 7 itself.

Perhaps a mis-alignment of their markings?   Look for another letter nearby to the actual box 7 that does match the available codes, but perhaps mis-aligned from where it should be.

I'm thinking it's a mis-alignment of the printer as well. Thank you for your help with this.
