1099 NEC

I  received a 1099NEC from the general contractor and also received a 1099NEC from the title company handling the sale of the house. These two 1099s are for the same job, in the same amount. If I file both, I will be paying taxes twice for the same money received. What do I do?

You can contact the one that didn't pay you and ask them to correct their 1099 to show the person who actually received the payment.  Or you can enter an expense equal to one of the payments and label the expense as "Duplicate 1099" or something like that.  Either way you are not expected to pay taxes on the same money twice.
