Hello,
I have received a 1099 Int form from the IRS and there isn't any numbered boxes on the form. I tried using my phone and uploading the form on turbotax and it didn't pick up anything to enter in that box either. Any help is appreciated.

Probably interest which goes in box 1
Yes, interest paid to you by the IRS is reported as interest income. Every dollar of interest earned is taxable unless specifically exempted from federal tax. Their reporting form is not always in the format they do require from others. Follow the steps below to enter your interest.
IRS Publication 550 can be viewed for more information about investment income.
