1099-G CORRECTED

I have 2 1099-G forms from the state of KS, one has the corrected box checked and the other does not. Do I include both forms or just one? If just one, which form; the one with the corrected box checked or the one without it checked?

If you received a "corrected" version of a tax form (e.g. W-2, 1099-G, 1099-R, 1098-INT, etc.) , that "corrected" form is the one you should report on your tax return.
