It depends on your specific circumstances and I dont know what question it is that you are asking about. If you took a distribution from a retirement plan, you should have a 1099R and would report that information in Turbo Tax. If you took an early distribution from a retirement plan then you would be subject to the 10% penalty tax but there are exceptions that you might qualify for.
