How do I enter an exception to penalty on form 5329?

After you enter your Form 1099-R, you will come to a screen that says These situations my lower your tax bill. On that screen are a number of reasons your retirement plan distribution would not be subject to a penalty. You need to enter the amount of your distribution associated with the reason mentioned to have it be exempt from penalties.
