If your state return has been filed and accepted (you’ve received the e-mail from the state through our system which says that) and the refund is just running late, the states don’t share any info on what’s going on with us, for privacy reasons. (No comparten tu información con nosotros.) However, you can contact them yourself (and they may likely have an online page where you can check on the refund). If you let us know which state we’re talking about, someone can probably provide the contact info. (¿Qué estado es?)

On the other hand, @camilsarmiento, if you’re just wondering why the return you’ve completed doesn’t show a refund of your withheld tax during the year, that question is more involved.
