Hi I have tried reaching out to Turbo Debit Card customer service and have had no luck. There are no live agents to speak with due to everything going on, but I need answers about what is going on with my account. Maybe someone here has some incite into what I can do. On April 23 I made an online purchase for flooring, but when I processed my payment I chose the wrong card on file and accidentally chose my Turbo Debit card. There was not enough money on the card and Home Depot cancelled the transaction right away, but Turbo took the $560 I had in my account and put it in a pending status. It was my mistake, and I spoke with reps from Home Depot and they assured me that the order was 100% cancelled on their end and they have no way to release funds. I have been trying to get in touch with someone from turbo debit card and I can not get a live person on the phone now for 11 days. This whole time the amount that was in a pending status showed up in my account as a hold, but this morning when I check my account that pending charge is no where to be found and neither is my money. I tried calling at least 10 times since I woke up and still can not get an agent from turbo debit card on the phone. I'm losing my mind over here trying to figure out how to get my money back. This is just crazy. I'm hoping that maybe someone knows how I can get this corrected or how to get a rep on the phone to figure this out.
