The check would be nice too get but some of us have money in the account we now can’t use and don’t have access to. Also It will cost people money too check balance at atm which is wrong since this is Boone’s fault. THE Economic payment check or stimulus check is the least of my worries I still need access to my money in that account. I already had money in turbo debit card account but I stashed it in the vault just in case a emergency or something so I’d have the money too use I’d just have transfer it to the card to be used. Well it’s a emergency and I need too use my money that’s in my account but no way for me to get it transferred Now cause I can’t log in on app due to some error.. the web site wont load... ontop of that I can’t get anyone on the phone or it too even ring. After
I thought I tried everything I finally got a tax expert for TurboTax on a video call who literally told me he did not know what to tell me even though it was an emergency he had no answer for me and was stunned by my situation. And could not help me at all.. nor could he even tell me what to do so I could get this resolved... Now it’s getting ridiculous... I thought I was keeping my money safe for my family too use when we needed it since we’re not able to work I knew we would rely on it. due too the situation (virus pandemic) America is going Thur. Now I don’t even know what tell my kids about diner tonight or how we can do our laundry today like we had planned Or even get the essentials like a pack of toilet or whatever our basic needs might be.. This is wrong and I’m sure it’s a crime in most/or all of the United States if anyone else was to do something like this. We paid for the service for a reason... seams to have been a high waste.
