I received by first stimulus but my second payment was not correct.  When I do the tax return the question for entering in stimulus doesn't come up.  I would not qualify based on 2020 but qualify for 2019.  Why doesn't the screen come up in step by step to enter in the amounts that I received.  When I process my dad's tax return that information does come up to fill in the stimulus information.

The stimulus payments were an advance tax credit from the 2020 federal tax return.  If you are not eligible for a stimulus payment based on your 2020 federal tax return, the question concerning stimulus payments will not be available.
