Stimulus Package Please Help

I just filed my taxes for 2019, but I didn't in 2018. I can't file those without getting the software. I had no income in 2018 and I got my first SSI payment December 2019. You have to put information in for other forms of Social Security, but not SSI. So I had no income to claim for 2019. Nothing owed on either end, me to them or them to me. Do I need to get 2018 done in order to get my stimulus package?

They are using 2018 OR 2019 ---so if you filed for 2019, you should be fine.
