Stimulus deposit

So I did my taxes for 2018.  I have not done them for 2019 yet since the deadline was extended.  Supposedly we get a the $1,200 check whether we filed for either year.  Now I've also read that if you owed taxes, your deposit information isn't in the system.  And I've read Turbotax is holding data from the IRS.  I'm still getting:

Payment Status Not Available

According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time.

So are is Turbotax going to help IRS with customers information or what?  There's not excuse for this and people are hurting.

It is not TurboTax holding information back.  The IRS stated that if you owed taxes for 2018 or 2019 they would not have your bank information because they wouldn't use the direct debit information.  The IRS did say the would issue a check in the mail

The IRS Get My Payment is suppose to allow you to enter direct deposit information if there is none on record with the IRS, but unfortunately there has been nothing but problems with the app.

According to the IRS, there are several reasons why the "Get My Payment" tool will give you the "Payment Status Not Available" messages, including:

For many of us, it looks like we'll just need to wait a little longer. The IRS updates the tool once per day (overnight), and they're working on adding more data to allow more people to use the tool. So, I guess working a little harder on being patient will do me some good.
