stimulus check

So I let my ex-husband claim both our children on his taxes last year because I didn't make enough to make it worth my time filing. So we worked out the splitting of the return pretty fairly considering the circumstance . But this year has been extra stress due to the covid and the stimulus and everything else.... So what I'm trying to say is my ex is being difficult about the next round of stimulus. See the thing is, I have not received my checks for my kids since I was nice enough to let him claim both on his taxes, so the checks went to him.  May I add that I have custody of my kids (70/30) so he thinks that we need to split it down the middle for the kids stimulus, or I don't need to get any of it.... Now am I thinking like a selfish individual or am I in the right here? What do I do to get my stimulus in the amount I am suppose to? He works full time at Hormel and has not been layed off during all the covid stuff. I work part time doing housekeeping, and have been out of work for a period of time due to all this covid. Can someone please help me with any suggestions?

stimulus check

This is a personal situation and not a tax situation.  The stimulus payment will go to whoever claims the kids in 2020.
