Stimulus check

I used turbo tax to file my 2018 and 2019 Tax returns.  The IRS does not have my banking information. I went to the IRS web site to input the info.  When i submit, I get a response that my information is not correct! I've done it 9 times (can only do 3 a day). My info is CORRECT, i have not changed addresses in over 30 years and the IRS kicks me out of the phone system when I call on the phone. I  need my stimulus check! can anybody offer a suggestion?????

type the address EXACTLY as it is on the tax return. 

type your birthdate with leading zeros, e.g. for April use "04" and not just a "4')

does any of that work?

tried it all- still does not work

No- just a normal retirement person that pays taxes and is not collecting ss yet
