Stimulus and dependents

My stimulus check was taken because I owe back child support. When I claim my taxes I have 2 kids on there. 1 is from the previous relationship and the other child lives with me from my current relationship. Is there a way to get the $500 for the child that lives with me?

No.  The IRS does not give you part of a tax refund or part of the stimulus check when you owe back child support.  They take all of it and apply it toward the child support you owed.
