I am having issues also. I am more than willing to pay for this advise, but cannot find an easy way to get a hold of someone. The adviser connection portal has been down for days. This was promised in the ad literature for TT, but it seems to be hard to find.

I have a request in with each.
I simply want to give Intuit $$ to help me but they seem adverse to that.
Meanwhile, I have found a couple of local CPA's via Yelp more than willing to take my $$.
Just saying.
The system is currently changing from the 2018 to the 2019 program which will open sometime in December ... so the only way to get help is thru the methods already posted during regular business hours.
Thank you! It would sure be swell if someone at Intuit would have simply put that in the response to my inquiry. I suppose that is too much to ask from them.
All the posters in this thread are volunteers not employees.
I get that. I am just saying Intuit could save their customers a lot of time and frustration if they would simply *think*. Putting a more relevant message in the area would solve that.
