Wrong account for stimulus check

I did my taxes through TurboTax and got my refund on a TurboTax debit card I never updated any deposit information for the stimulus check. I am going to use the TurboTax information for my stimulus check but it deposited into account I’ve never heard of that doesn’t match my TurboTax account I have tried numerous times to call customer service to see what the deal is but no answer

the account does not match the account number in the TurboTax debut card portal and it says my stimulus check was deposited in that account. I’ve used TurboTax the past two years so it could not have went anywhere else. The only information they have for me is the deposit information.
