I have been using your services for years now. I always have my tax refund put into my bank account, but since you were offering the advance loan this year, I decided to apply and use your Turbo card. Now I already received my tax returns last month... but when I went to the IRS tracking site today they said they did not have direct deposit information on file for me. WHY, TURBOTAX??? Why have so many others gotten their money today but not some??

Currently, we have no "calendar of deposits" so to speak on when people are getting their funds.
I've used TurboTax as well and it also stated I needed to put my information in the IRS site. I also owed the IRS and used my bank account and they still "didn't have it on file"--nothing to do with TurboTax. TurboTax is responsible for the tax return process, what the IRS has on file is in their hands.

Same happened to me. Very Angry. We (My Family) need this money. Just like most families all over the country. I updated it on IRS website. Lets see what happens.
