Turbo card not working

I'm trying to check my balance and also if my stimulus check has been deposited but the app is not working and so is the website. I tried calling and call doesn't go thru Aww I'm so frustrated my worse mistake ever was getting that stupid card. Pus my taxes weren't free I paid for it.

My stimulus money hasn't even hit. I was told if this card was through MetaBank, the stimulus was sent back to the IRS and we won't see it for weeks. Is the Intuit Turbo Card through MetaBank?

My TurboCard, and I'm sure all are, through Green Dot bank. Check IRS website to see if its been deposited.

i tried calling to check my balance and tried logging in but it said my card isnt valid even though it doesnt expire until 2023 and i used it for my 2019 refund. i dont know what to do.
