Fed. Income Tax Refund

I am still waiting for my Federal tax refund. I have called and faxed Ms. Sabater for over a month, and get no response.She was to have an answer about my refund by June 14th. She works through turbo tax with the auditing dept. [phone number removed], [phone number removed],fax- [phone number removed].  All she reqested last month was the ph. # of my last employer. I sent her numerous times the address and ph. #. Please let me know anything you can? Turbo tax withdrew my fees owed on 05/10/19. ty, Timothy Flaherty

I'm sorry this has been difficult for you. It sounds like you are dealing with the Santa Barbara tax services group since you had planned to have your fees deducted from your tax refund. Since the refund was not released  then Turbotax took their fees directly.
