My UNFCU account needs to be manually updated. But now the credit card has stopped updating (other accounts at the same bank do update). Is there anything I can do to 'force' the transactions to update... it seems to have stopped on 3/Dec.
TIA

CU of America stopped updating last fall as well. Balance will update, but the transactions do not pull in
Misery loves company. Hopefully a solution will be found/offered. It feels like one that sits in the ugly space between Mint and the Bank. :(
My credit card shows balance due and my Mint account shows balance after payment
for example credit card shows $5287.36 Mint shows $1034.41 difference $4252.95
Mint is showing $1034.41 which is the balance after payment of $4252.95 that is no due until 02/12/2023.
Please help me sync the accounts to show the same balance on credit card and Mint
Same problem with checking account. Credit card, savings and personal loan update. Intuit claims it's the banks fault; but how can it be? Nothing has changed and yet it will update the one account some of the time and then not.
Does anyone from Intuit ever monitor and answer these questions?
The same thing is happening in 2 of my credit card accounts (Amex and Capital One). There are multiple other bank accounts or credit cards in the Amex and Capital one accounts, but a single credit card in each shows as inactive and transactions arent pulled. This is pretty frustrating since I cant see how much I am spending per month. I have tried refreshing the connection and re-logging in (multiple times each) and selecting all the instruments (says already authorized), but the credit cards still dont show.
Is the only way, to disconnect the account entirely and re-add it? I would get forward looking transactions, but lose my transaction history though, right?
Hello. Out of curiosity, was this ever resolved for you?
On my end the same problem persists. :(
It has not been resolved. It ends up being ~3 credit cards and accounts combined...which makes me wonder why I am using a half way solution to get my total monthly spend and categorization
Please be advised that there is virtually no support for Mint on this board.
You can try searching at the link below.
Otherwise, the only other resource would be Mint Chat:
well I'm glad I'm not the only one w this issue of bank accts syncing & a credit card from the same bank not syncing.
I'm just gonna trust it will sort itself out but the OCD in me is going nuts 😅
It took a several attempts but it was only with mint tech support that the link was reestablished. Persist and they help to solve the connect in my own experience.
