Previous used as a dependent does she Qualifying for stimulus

If I claimed my mother in 2018 as a dependent but not 2019 will she qualify to receive the stimulus. She also receives Social Security benefit.

i read that those on social security who did not file a tax return will be paid via direct deposit on Wednesday
