Missing Tax Returns

I have been dealing with this for Months now and both the IRS and Turbo Tax have gave me the run around. My tax returns are missing for both me and my mother who filed with Turbo Tax, my Grandmother who filed elsewhere got her back a few weeks afterwards but we have STILL not got over. All attempts to find out result in them telling us to contact the other person or saying it isn't on file. I'm at the end of my rope and I don't know what to do
