Many of the merchants I have used one or twice. The most common merchants should be moved to top when changing the description. Or let us favorite certain merchants. 

I like how the rules work but letting us add filters would be even better. Such as letting us also use regex based rules since certain transactions are almost all the same but with slight variations which rules don't work at all on.
